4. Why moms, dads and partners need help #nowmorethanever

(Send videos to canpmhc@gmail.com)

We’ll be posting videos starting now until May 6th. 💚 Want to wear our NEW T-SHIRT in your video? 💚Thanks to Christine Pinto for taking the lead and designing the shirts which are now FOR SALE:

Each year, WMMHD falls on the first Wednesday of May and to commemorate the day/week (May 2-10), the CPMHC leads awareness walks in Canadian communities throughout the week. Our walks raise awareness for perinatal mental health and the need for a Canadian perinatal mental health strategy.

Would you like to lead a CPMHC awareness walk or event?

All you need is passion, commitment, and an awesome event planning checklist with some tips we’ve provided right HERE. Make sure to also take a look at our proclamation page and social media tool kit.
